I work with individuals and couples primarily through Narrative and Attachment therapy. These therapies help people identify internalized beliefs about themselves and the world, and to understand how those beliefs inform their relationships and sense of purpose and happiness. We’ll work collaboratively to identify patterns in your life and relationships that hold the keys to your stories and beliefs. We will then have the information we need to help you expand your emotional responses and restructure your relationships.
